David EdwardBALLARDPassed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on July 26th. Of Henllan, Denbigh, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Diane, devoted father and father in-law to Mark & Jan and Karen & Garry, treasured brother to Janet and Pamela and brother in-law Jon, proud grandad to Amy, Daniel, Jesssica, Ryan and Alex and great-grandad to Leo, Darcy, Freddie, Carter, Tommy, Thea, Freya and Rupert. Special uncle to all his nephews and nieces.
Funeral service to be held at St Sadwrn's Church, Henllan on Tuesday 12th August at 2pm followed by committal at St Asaph Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in memory of David if so desired to St Kentigern Hospice and the RNLI.
